CHANCELET

LEGAL

TERMS OF USE

EFFECTIVE DATE · 24 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Chancelet apps, website, content, and related support services.

01Agreement and operator

Chancelet is operated by FarSight Technology HK Limited, located in Hong Kong.

By downloading, accessing, or using Chancelet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps or website. If you use Chancelet on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

02Entertainment experience

Chancelet is an entertainment product. Its themes present fictional, locally generated visual outcomes. Chancelet does not offer real-money gambling, wagers, cash prizes, redemption, financial advice, medical advice, legal advice, or guaranteed outcomes. Displayed amounts, cards, market imagery, and similar symbols have no monetary or predictive value.

03Eligibility, devices and platforms

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use Chancelet only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Features require compatible Apple devices and supported operating-system versions. Chancelet is a third-party app and does not replace, alter, or create an Apple system watch face. Your use of Apple devices and the App Store is also subject to Apple's applicable terms.

04Licence and intellectual property

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Chancelet apps and website for lawful, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

FarSight Technology HK Limited and its licensors retain all rights in the Chancelet software, artwork, designs, text, trademarks, and other content. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these terms.

05Acceptable use

You may not use Chancelet unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; bypass access controls; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content at scale; impersonate others; misrepresent affiliation or endorsement; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the apps except where applicable law expressly permits it.

06Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve Chancelet. Availability may depend on Apple, internet access, paired-device connectivity, and other services outside our control. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system release.

07Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chancelet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties that may lawfully be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

08Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Chancelet.

09Suspension and termination

You may stop using Chancelet at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and governing-law provisions, survive termination.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Chancelet, our services, or the law changes. The updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will provide an appropriate notice where practicable. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.

11Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights available where you live, the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or Chancelet.
